I absolutely love Dr. Loock and have been a patient of hers for over a decade. Unfortunately, I had to switch eye doctors this year because of a new job that does not have a flexible schedule. There used to be Saturday hours but they are a thing of the past. Their website says they are open until 7 but the latest appointment is 5:30; I’m off at 6 and was asking for a 6:30 appointment since Saturdays are not an option. Whomever I spoke with on the phone could’ve cared less when I said I would have to switch eye doctors because of the hours. This was the first time I've ever had a good experience at an eye Dr. Everyone was very nice and the Dr listened to me and was very informative and extremely knowledgeable in what would be best for my care. The glasses they made for me are the best I've ever gotten, no headaches!
Dr. Aschenbrenner was great. She took a considerable amount of time covering a ton of detail that I needed to be caught up on after not having seen an eye doctor for 20+ years. I feel like she really went above and beyond and I walked away knowing significantly more about my current eyesight status, how to manage it moving forward, and what to expect later in life. Extremely informative. The facility was very nice, the equipment all seemed new and up-to-date, and the front desk staff/technicians were all super welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended if you are looking for an eye doctor in Highlands Ranch or surrounding areas.
