“Ceiling light fixture circuit between two wall switches was failing due to worn 37 year old wall switches, tested and replaced. Also installed new outlet in kitchen area for laser printer, wired through the wall from living room existing outlet. Also included whole home “free” inspection and recommended various changes and upgrades. Zach’s work and inspection was top notch 100% but cost seemed a bit high for services rendered; as were other companies in past years; also payment receipt was not itemized. Timely response, good communication and explanation of tech issues.“

I recently bought a home and wanted to get a clear understanding of the electrical system while also bringing it up to modern standards. When Tim from R&A Enterprises came out for the initial assessment, we started with the panel. To say it was a mess would be an understatement. As Tim put it, “You’re not in immediate danger, but…” That’s when you know there could be problems. What should have been a 150-amp panel was actually only running on 50.

Tim took the time to walk through the entire house with us at our pace, explaining what we had, pointing out where corners had been cut, and referencing code along the way. We did get another bid that came in close on price, but ultimately chose R&A, and I’m very glad we did.

Our panel upgrade was scheduled as a one-and-a-half-day job, but it ended up taking nearly a week due to hidden challenges along the way. R&A handled everything with patience and professionalism, making sure the work was done right. We now have a properly functioning 200-amp panel with the capacity to add EV charging in the garage when the time comes.

What really sets R&A apart is their customer service. From start to finish, they were thorough, professional, and committed to doing the job the right way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.“

“After calling a dozen different companies and having them either never get back to me or just not show up, I managed to get in touch with Jered. He was friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within just a few short days. The work involved mounting a large lcd tv parallel to a vaulted ceiling. However, when Jered realized the mount I had purchased wouldn't work, rather than reschedule as most companies would, he got on the phone to troubleshoot the problem. He then spent the next few hours coming up with a solution and geting all the necessary materials. Despite the unexpected problems, he got everything done done perfectly that day, and when I needed to exchange the tv the following week, he went out of his way to come back twice, once to remove the old tv and a second time to put up the new one. I couldn't be more pleased with his work, especially considering how reasonable the cost was. I wish I'd called him first and saved myself the headache.“
