“I visit the Whole Health Center once a month for my massage with Deb. Every time I go she asks if I have a problem area to specifically work more on. The table is comfortably toasty and the music is chill. Deb and I have great conversation. If it's a sleepy day for me, we'll not talk and that's alright, too. Deb let's me know when she feels a particular tight area, which helps me with remembering to target certain areas to stretch when I exercise. She gets those knots out! I feel sooo much better after my massage. The front desk admin, Robin, is always super nice as well and asks how I'm doing. It's just all around a peaceful place to go and be rejuvenated.“
