I began three years ago and it was ok back then. There was a different clinic manager when I began and she (Karyn) was excellent. What I was told back then by her was that everyone working there whom worked with the lasers was required to have two years of experience in laser before coming to the company. After a couple of years, I asked with a different employee how many years she had, and she informed me about having graduated aesthetician school a few months prior. This means that she obviously didn't have the two years required experience which I heard about from the clinic manager. closed???!!! no email no phone call...just a voicemail directing customers to a false line (busy signal) to "corporate." I called to make an appt after pregnancy and had to discover this for myself. what a shady way to operate a business. I want my money back. there isn't a way to contact anyone, however. they are getting away with our $$!!!!!

Overall my experiences have been amazing at this clinic; they seem to have shifts in staff occasionally, but the two mainstays are the clinic manager, Laura, and Maelan (I know I'm butchering the spelling, but does injections). They are both very professional, reassuring, and thoughtful about the needs of the client...or at least that has been my experience. I'm really sad that I moved because I felt like I was in very capable hands. Laura really knows how to take care of you.
