“These guys could easily be in the high end hotel industry with their incredible level of customer service. It was literally like dealing with the concierge from a 5 star hotel. They explained everything they were going to do and in a manner that was easy to understand for a person who does not deal with trees for a living (that would be me). The Old Growth team then did exactly what they said they would do in the exact time frame they said they would do it. This almost never happens in today’s world. They completed my job on budget - another huge surprise. When they left my property it was actually cleaner than when they got here. And for the final cherry on top of the sundae they have followed up with me to make sure they met my expectations. The only bad news is that they did not meet my expectations… they exceeded them! If I had three thumbs I would give them three thumbs up!“
