I highly recommend Shannon of T&S appliance repair. He came when he said he would, repaired a Bosch dishwasher, and charged a fair price. He's been in business for over 20 years and it shows. Guarantees his work for 90 days. Also repaired a washer a year ago. Appreciate that he is local, and his knowledge and quality service.

We called in June to have our LG washer repaired. Shannon ordered a new PCB, which took weeks.. once the panel was replaced I did 2 loads of laundry, only to have the washer stop working again. I called T&S and he said he's "the only one in the valley that guarantees his work" and he will reorder the part which was under warranty. It is now September, after spending $474. and NUMEROUS phone calls, I have NEVER heard back from them.This is extremely poor business ethics... Think twice before using this company!!! I guess I should've read the bad reviews before choosing this company!Service: Washing machine repair

They made us pay for the part and cost us almost 400 dollars THEY NEVER CALLED US BACK, won't return phone calls! NEVER FIXED ANYTHING AND TOOK OUR MONEY AND RAN. professional crooks and thieves. SCAM ARTISTS! On top of that ruined our vinyl flooring pulling our dishwasher out. These people should be reported.Service: Dishwasher repair

Shannon was super transparent on the best and cheapest ways to fix our wet bar mini fridge as well is broken oven parts. He researched the parts for the oven that were super expensive and instead of just ordered them, attempted to fix it on his own first, which he did, and just charged us for our labor. Nice to know that there are people and companies not always looking to charge you the most possible. Just called him again for another appliance fix. Thank you!
