The specialist Jennifer D gave my boyfriend and me such an outstanding customer service. We ended up buying 3 glasses and only went to get one, she told us about the promotions and the perks of costco members. Thank you so much!
Updated: 5/9/2025 Initially (a month ago) I wasn't too impressed with this place. This is a new optician called Ellington Eyecare. They do Virtual eye appointments with in-person testing by a technician in the store. Video quality for the virtual exam with the doc was poor and things were a little unorganized. Also, one of the machines was not working correctly, so I had to come back. I went back for a follow-up exam and this time the video quality had improved a lot. Still could be better. Also, they were a little better organized. Still not sure if I would come here again or go to an in-person optician but the Doctor and technician were both great.
I have been to many optometrists over the years, and after my appointment with Dr. Jennifer Etchandy, I will never go anywhere else. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions. It’s never fun going to the doctor, but Dr. Etchandy and her staff made the entire process a wonderful experience. On a side note, I was also able to get a bargain on toilet paper and a rotisserie chicken on my way out the door which is always a bonus.
