I discovered Josh and Solid Fitness about a year ago and I am so happy I did. Josh puts a lot of thought into each workout. They are challenging, but always different- so I never get bored. The fun atmosphere makes the time fly by. I can’t recommend Josh highly enough!

Before you dive into training, he does an initial assessment to see whether any corrective exercises are needed to help prevent injury/pain both during workouts and in every day life. Josh is truly an incredible coach. I spent years with failed attempts to find a coach that would build a program to fit my desires and accommodate some prolonged injuries .
