Both the sitting area and yoga room are very inviting.
Gii had our spots ready for us and lead us thru a relaxing, thorough slow yoga. The oils were a lovely touch.
Followed by yummy tea!

If there's a Lil hippie in you like there is in me, you are going to LOVE this place. If not, you're still going to love all they offer. From CBD Experience massages to organic teas, acupuncture, cupping and even yoga! And so much more...thoroughly impressed. Zen room feeling. There's memberships or punch cards for savings too.

Booked a massage here off Classpass and drove pretty far to come get the massage. I get on the table then they tell me it was booked with their intern or something, they had to cancel, and I should have been notified. I was never notified. I go up front and they say they are sorry and I'll get my points back, but I'd cancelled Classpass so this was my last way to use the points and now I get nothing and I'm out money/points with no recourse. They didn't offer a voucher or anything. Pretty bad customer service and I'm really disappointed I drove almost an hour round trip in traffic for nothing.

In from out of town and went for a massage, returned for 2 yoga classes. Very enjoyable. The massage therapist was decent but talked too much. Over all a pretty good experience.

I had an 80 minute therapeutic massage with Lena yesterday. She listened to my asks (low back, legs and blend in cranialsacral therapy) and succeeded. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I am a massage therapist myself and have very high standards. It was calming, healing and therapeutic. Now 24 hours later, my body, mind and spirit feel amazing. Go see Lena!

Love this place! Super calming environment. Yoga, tea, coffee, spa, massages, etc. Went to the power yoga class and it was the perfect balance of work-out and body focus. Cannot recommend this place enough!

As for a massage from Mindy! She's remarkably intuitive and empathetic, and has an impressive skillset. I'm not from Colorado, but I'd seek out Mindy any time I'm back in town.

I recently booked a Yin yoga class at Serasana through ClassPass, and I was instantly charmed by the unique vibe of this wellness sanctuary. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a tranquil atmosphere with lovely wooden accents and the soothing scents of incense and essential oils. The studio is more than just a place for yoga; it's a comprehensive retreat with areas dedicated to tea, acupuncture, and massage, creating a serene escape from the daily grind. The indoor environment is peaceful and calm, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The highlight of my visit was the Yin yoga class led by Ellie, a truly exceptional instructor. Her welcoming nature made me feel comfortable right away. She's not only knowledgeable but also attentive, providing alternative poses to suit different levels of flexibility. At the end of the class, Ellie sang a beautiful song that gave me chills--an unexpected and delightful touch that showcased her amazing vocal talent. While the studio is impeccably clean and generally quiet, be aware that there are occasional "knocking" noises from neighboring businesses. Also, the studio was a bit chilly for my taste; I would love to see a warmer or even a hot Yin yoga option in the future. After class, I tried their Golden Milk, which was mildly sweet and a perfect post-yoga treat. Overall, my experience at Serasana was incredibly positive, and I definitely plan on returning. Whether you're looking to stretch, relax, or simply escape for a while, this place has it all.

A very relaxing place to practice self care. They've added a Qigong class and a Reiki & Restorative class! Meditation on Thursdays is always a good choice. The essential oil blend they use during massages is my favorite scent.
