Feel fantastic after every session!!! Since I’ve been going to Fred, I went from seeing a chiropractor 2-3 times a week, to only needing to see a chiropractor 6-8 times per year on an as needed basis.

Life changing! I’ve had chronic pain and tension. I used to take multiple massages over several weeks trying to eradicate the pain. It was just putting a band-aid on it. Rolfing helps to address the root cause of your pain, in this way it affects multiple aspects of my body and life. My posture has improved, my pain is improving (I’ve only had 2 session thus far), and I feel more agile—I’m 36, but my body feels much older. This is a game changer.
