As part of my contract with Premier, I have a maintenance membership. Michael, a tech with Premier provided maintenance service today and he was excellent. He conducted a comprehensive service, explained in detail the results, and communicated the entire time. Thanks Michael and thanks Premier. Customer for life!
Another great service today. I had no issues, hopefully these twice a year service maintenance calls would avoid or give me a heads up before anything major. Great service and excellent price. Highly recommend.
Amazing company! I had a really great experience with Premier Heating and Air. I needed a whole new HVAC unit, and they gave me three solid options across different budgets—super helpful. The installation process was smooth, professional, and quick. As much as I didn’t want to replace the system right now, I’m so glad I got it done and i feel like i got a good product for a good price. Dan and Alex were awesome to work with. Highly recommend!
