Well I find myself having to leave a very disappointing review for this company. I have used them for almost 8 years. During that time I found them to be very positive. However, this year has been beyond abysmal. This week I have tried to get a whole home humidifier repaired. When they installed it leaked to the point that I turned it off. It was almost $1,000! can you imagine that? Tuesday I changed my schedule to be here based on what they had available. They cancelled the appointment last minute and then scheduled it for the next day. Fine. The guy shows up 30 minutes late and says he cannot work on humidifiers. I was extremely frustrated. Not his fault though. The office never responds. I call the next day they say we can come Friday from 3-5 pm. Again, I change my schedule to be home. At 5:05 PM I call and the lady says oh yeah you are not on the schedule and there is nothing we can do!
My advice - Find companies that want to earn your business. The owner of this company sent out a text campaign saying he wanted reviews as a small business person. Well start with living up to your word! Short of that you will get many bad reviews.
Truly sad way to let your company fall apart - Bad installations - Horrid customer service - and a total lack of concern for people who have tried to shop local and support you.
