However, the process to order service is not like it used to be. Very unappealing in it is no longer personal. It is too corporate and automated. Hated the synthetic sounding AI phone message confirming appointment time.
The techs were wonderful but the process to schedule and prepay does not inspire us to continue service with the company. Very unfortunate.

I moved into a house with Pella doors and a couple were broken when I moved in. They came out to fix them and the technician was so fast and competent. He did a really great job and was very thorough. Really happy with the service.

Luke Carter, Pella Project Manager and his team - earned the 5 stars!!! I wanted to acknowledge and commend Luke for an exceptional work ethic and acknowledge the concern he demonstrated when I reached out for help. In May 2025 Pella replaced 8 ‘construction grade’ double pane windows plus one patio door with the 250 Vinyl series triple pane. I experienced serious issues during the fall/winter months 2025 and reached out to the sales representative, service department and Luke. Luke was the only individual that was quick to respond with a sense of urgency to identify, isolate the issues and resolve the problems. Luke also followed up 3 months later to assure my concerns were satisfactory taken care of and his efforts were greatly appreciated!!! I can’t say enough to express my gratitude and utmost appreciation for his time, effort and his concern during my interactions with him - thank you again Luke Carter… KUDOS for a job well done!
