Friendly staff, great service. My nails came out great.

Their work is mediocre because they rush. Don’t bother making an appointment because they’re always running behind. Latest time, my husband and I came in together for pedicures (with appointments and we were on time). They started his and put me next to him where I sat for 25 minutes. By the time they were ready to start mine, his was finished. Since he then had to sit and wait for me, I skipped my manicure and brow wax. I’ve been a customer for a while now but this is my last visit!.

I never had someone yelling at me for asking to change the nail paint after pedicure. 1st it was finished way faster than other places. 2nd the perosn yelled when i asked to change the color after trying to like the color on my Pedi. Horrible experience. No one smiles and makes u feel comfortable. Also never had bleeding for having cuticel removed after manicure.

They do a great job with their nails but have a bad habit of overbooking people. I had to wait an hour and a half for a quick polish change!

I’ve been attending this nail salon for a few years now and they always do an incredible job. My technician Peter is very precise, thorough and knowledgeable. I’m very appreciative of how accommodating Paris Nails are and how they care for their clients. Beautiful location, beautiful services and a good place to be in general. They offer many modalities, pricing is very fair and comparable and their business hours ensure that everyone can make time to come in and get a nail appointment- no matter how busy you are! I always love how my nails turn out after visiting here!

If you are looking for a relaxing place to get a manicure and/or pedicure… DO NOT COME HERE! The moment I walked in, I was yelled at to “PICK A COLOR” by what appeared to be a 15-16 year old boy wearing dirty sweatpants. Everyone else was super unfriendly too. But I waited anyway… hopeful it would end up being ok. I tried to ask a couple of questions to the woman doing my pedicure but was completely ignored. I contemplated why everyone here was so angry… bad management? Did they all just have a big fight with each other? So weird. But the worst part was how filthy the place was… I mean, I don’t think they had cleaned in ages. I was hoping to get a relaxing mani/pedi as a break from my busy life but instead got an anxiety ridden experience with unhappy people. Not to mention I have cuts all over my fingers from the electric drill the woman was using. As a business owner myself, I hate leaving bad reviews… but on the other hand, I want busy people looking for a small piece of calm and relaxation to at the very least, be treated kindly.

Peter has always does an incredible job! I always feel completely comfortable, and my nails look amazing every time. Thank you all for being so kind—you’re truly the best!

Said nothing to us for 20 minutes after we walked in and picked a color then started us. Near finishing my cousins hand they get up mid service snd start to do a pedicure for someone else without saying anything. Left her sitting there until I had to question them Not great customer service, and rude in general.

I’ve been coming here for about 8 years. I moved 20 minutes away, tried other places closer to my new place, and still drive the distance because nothing compared. Great service and everyone does a great job. Peter does an amazing job of hiring.
