    My stretch therapist there was the best and the ONLY reason I continued going to this clinic. The administrative staff isn't great and because my stretch person is no longer there, there is nothing that would have me return to this clinic. When you allow rude people who do the bare minimum to run the clinic with inexperienced management to boot, there's no chance I'll be back.

    Unprofessional behavior - while signing up ‘with first month free’ the franchise FAILED to inform me about a long term contract, and that I can not cancel the membership. I then had to cancel the account, a few months later, at which point I was told I can only freeze my account, and not cancel. They promptly charged me again, without prior notification in July. Upon calling, I got the run around (oh the terms and conditions say so!) and it’s been 3 days and ‘the manager’ hasn’t called yet. When I told the lady on the phone that I will have to pursue legal recourse, she said “she doesn’t like my tone”.Never ever will go to a Massage Envy again.Anyone else experiencing this?

    The Customer service at this place is terrible! I purchased a gift card and found out that for It would not be able to be used due to unforeseen circumstances. I asked the girl at the front about it and she said she would get back to me. When she called me back she told me that I would not be able to. I tried to explain what was going on and all she could tell me was that her manager said no. I then asked to speak with the manager so that I could explain things, then she told me that she was the MANAGER! I asked to speak with whoever it was that she spoke with and she refused to give me any contact information or to give mine to them. She said that she didn't know when they would be available. Instead of giving me some sort of way to speak with someone she gave me all kinds of excuse's as to why I couldn't speak with anyone and did not try to offer any other solution to this problem. She was rude and inconsiderate. I would never refer anyone to this location Don't plan on getting help from anyone here let alone god customer service!

    Today I had an appointment scheduled that was done so before Thanksgiving. They canceled it today, day of through email. They called but didn’t even leave a massage. This is the 4 or 5 time this has happened in the last year. Sadly, they have had much turnover & have become unprofessional.

    Scheduled an appointment that they had to cancel due to the massage therapist having a sick kid which I completely understand. The problem is when I called to reschedule the next available you guys had was a month out. I definitely understand not being able to control if your kid gets sick and that takes priority over anything else. However, not having availability for a month and basically telling me to go screw myself is where the understanding falls short. The woman I spoke to on the phone when I called to reschedule was very unsympathetic to this experience and kept talking over me repeatedly. I have lung issues which can make communicating difficult and she made sure to try her best to not allow me to get a word in which resulted in us talking at the same time throughout the phone call.

    Great therapists. Front desk is friendly and attentive. They always make sure they get a hold of you the day before to confirm your appointment.

    They don't answer or return calls. Terrible business---losing money, but guess they don't care.

    Never openings. Often no call back for appointments. One massage therapist on a Saturday??? Somewhat ridiculous. Been a member for at least 10 years. Disappointed

    Don’t use Massage Envy at this location or any other one for that matter. They don’t answer the phone after sending me an e mail for the second time in 2 months stating my therapist quit & they can’t get me rescheduled. So now I have at least 4 massages that I have paid for & can’t use. They told me I can’t cancel until my contract is up. But they can not give me an appointment & keep taking my money. I would give zero stars if I could.
