Allen is exceptional at what he does. He clearly loves to help people and see them improve. He also constantly works to improve himself and his business. I broke both of my wrists and Allen’s work has helped increase blood flow, which has helped them heal.
Allen was fantastic. As a former athlete who still spends a lot of time training and in the gym, I’ve learned that at 34 recovery is just as important as the work itself. This sports therapy massage hit completely different, in the best way. It focused on mobility and range of motion while really working through the muscle fibers to support stretching and protect my joints and ligaments.

Allen is freaking awesome! I'm in LE and as we all know we carry all that stuff on our belts which then puts a strain on our hips, shoulders, back and every other place we don't like to mention lol. Allen definitely gets in there and makes you feel like a new man!!! Will absolutely keep coming back
