For Anyone Seeking an Great Prenatal Acupunturist... I would like to take the time to show an enormous appreciation for an unsung hero to my path as an Expectant and a Doula. Upon moving here I reached out to the local birth community for recommendations for an acupuncturist and unfortunately, said referred practitioner did not support my journey as I would have hope and lead me to Ali Damron of Fertile Ground Integrated Wellness Center. I have since seen her weekly for Acupuncture and Cupping. She and Cecily K. Yousaf referred me to a traveling and amazing chiropractor, Dr. Lauren of Dr. Lauren House Call Chiropractor. These ladies should be on anyone's Gestational and Birth team. They are professional, punctual, reliable, compassionate, skilled, accountable, and most of all, extremely supportive. Together, the last 7 weeks have changed the course of my pregnancy from stressed to relaxed, helping me to regulate the many physical and emotional curves that come with this journey, from depression to nausea to constipation to dehydration to migraine and acid reflux relief.
