These guys tried to scam me out of an extra 20% tip. Saying I owed 20% more then what I agreed to and posted signage. I'm no smuck. First time and never again. Plus the place smells like &ss

Amazing massages! Whether you want a Combo (foot and body) or a full 90 minute deep tissue massage, Vitality Spa is the place. I have enjoyed every visit and left refreshed and revitalized!

I have always loved the fact that I can get an appointment the day I need it, and enjoyed the massage... But I'm FED UP with the way they do business!!!! Yesterday was the 4th time in a row that I had just got settled and starting to relax, when this lady comes to me with a smile on her face and tells me they have other appointments, you just get an hour, ok lady!!! I literally stood up and said no it's not OK. But it's like talking to a brick wall. They don't understand a word you say. I told her I made an appointment for 90 minutes and that's what it takes for me to feel better. Not only did she interrupt the massage, she changed the entire tone of the day. Then she walked over to the lady across from me and did the exact same thing. She looked as frustrated as I was, neither one of us could get them to understand this was unacceptable. It appears they would rather let you walk out and never come back then give you what you ask for. Incredibly bad customer service!!!!! I hate giving up the massages that get there, but it's useless when then keep making customers angry!, Interrupting ANY massage should never happen, never mind FOUR TIMES in a row OF telling me I have to leave early. I should've just walked out without paying, but I'm too ethical for that, I even left a very sizeable tip because I felt sorry for the guy that was working on me, but this is absolutely the most ridiculous policy that they just seem to think is OK! Absolutely disgusting!!

One of the best combo massage, I had foot plus full body combo, it was so relaxing. You can't just match the price. The pressure was so good and perfect. I will go there again. I highly recommend this place for if it is full body o foot massage. Must try this place.
