Bill is well an experienced and straight up with honesty answer and realistic. Especially in the days where people are just eager to sell units, especially I see big push going on by big manufacturers pushing units prior to EPA 2025 refrigerant change mandate. They will be my "1st Call" for sure!

I have known Bill, the owner of the company, for many years. He replaced my old furnace, and is now servicing my new furnace. He does a very thorough job, and always explains what he is doing and why. It is nice to have someone like him that you can trust to do a top notch job. Our furnace stopped working all of the sudden. (It wasn't the dirty flame sensor issue). I wanted to give them a try based on number of reviews and most of them positive ones. Experience matters in this business. They were able to locate the trouble area and resolve it in expert manner instead of trying to sell us a new furnace simply because it is over 20 years old. I will definitely have them on my 1st to call list since I have few other properties.

I first contacted 1st Call Heating & Air for my parents' boiler a while back. They did a great job. So when my boiler started to have issues, I called them again. Bill from 1st Call Heating & Air came right away. He is very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he's been doing this for a long time. Bill explained everything clearly to me. And he takes time to show and teach me. I learned a lot from him. I have tried a few other heating companies in the past. I have to say 1st Call Heating & Air is the best one! Diane on the phone was also very friendly and professional. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to them.

This may be the best experience we've ever had with a contractor and should be your 1st call. Bill came quickly, explained everything he did clearly. He is professional, knowledgeable and beyond nice. Fixed our problem with the furnace and charged a very fair price. He's been doing this for years and knows what he's doing.I'm sorry I didn't know about 1st call years ago.

After a previous great experience with Tristian maintaining my ancient furnace, I decided that I needed to add AC to my home. At the same time update to a new furnace. Bill and the office staff were very honest that 1st call is not an authorized XCEL installer, and would not be able to process xcel rebates. Referred me to Summit (I found to have untrustworthy sales practices). I ended up going with Coffman & company (there were many problems with Coffmans install). I truly appreciate Bill's honest & forthright approach to running this company. If I had to do it over again, I think I would have 1st call do the job.

Fantastic company!! Furnace went out on Friday, had an appointment set up for Monday. Communication is on point. Let us know that the appointment needed to be changed to the next day due to unforeseen circumstances... very understandable. Technician came out the next day and completed the work. Provided additional care instructions that he didn't have to provide. Richard the technician and Diane on the phone were both very friendly, professional and thorough. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to them. Price was equal to the work. Thanks so much for a job well done and, in my opinion, quickly.
