After my previous dentist would not accept my insurance Dr. Waterman was able to take over the replacement of a crown. He and his staff are very professional starting with Jennifer at the front desk. Jennifer took care of my insurance documentation efficiently. The prep work to replace my crown was painless and quick. Dr. Waterman (Rich) was very gentle and concerned with my comfort. After my temp crown became loose Crystal his dental assistant was able to get me in right away to cement my temp crown. One suggestion I would make is that they should provide dark glasses for the patients so that the lights don't shine in your eyes.

I had my first Appointment with Dr Waterman to have a Filling replaced and was very impressed with all aspects from him and his Staff. Very Friendly, Engaging, and Attentive to all of my Needs. My new Filling has been great thus far with no concerns or discomfort. Thank You, as going to the Dentist is never something that anyone really looks forward to in my experience. I went to have a tooth fixed and had a temporary crown put on and fitted for a permanent crown. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Waterman and his team!! ? Crystal was amazing, and I have never gone to a dentist in my 60 years that I didn't dread it or want to cancel my appointment last minute...this has NEVER happened or even crossed my mind in the 5+ years that I have been going to see Dr. Waterman. Thank you for your kindness while providing excellent service.
