The staff is great the prices are great, the owners way way over book appointments. Made an appointment this, the tech got started and then moved to another client before finishing because there was an appointment with that specific tech leaving us to sit and wait until another tech was available. What is the point of an appointment if you cannot fulfill and commit to it? This is not the first time it’s happened either.
Natalie just completed a marvelous pedicure on my toesies. She was perfectly chatty and funny. I planned to listen to my audiobook but I so much enjoyed our interaction. She gave me starry toesies. ✨ She even suggested how to display my beautiful short toe nail that she fixed after I jammed it. 🤣 New favorite Natalie!
We went to get pedicures that was great and thought they were just letting my 12 year old granddaughter sit and wait for us instead put acrylic nails on her without asking her mother and we were not happy about it
