I absolutely adore this place of course, but most recently I've been going to well. I've been going to Ulta for a very long time and although everybody is helpful, nobody has ever been quite as helpful as the last time I visited. The name is David and he's amazing. He helped me in every way, answered all my questions. Actually gave me a product that I absolutely adore. I have completely changed from Estee Lauder to Nars all because of this wonderful person. So David, I can't thank you enough and Ulta he deserves a raise!

Anne the Clinique Consultant is wonderful! I was struggling to find a foundation that works with my skin type, and Anne sat me down and tried out different cleansers, primers, and shade matched a foundation for me. She even showed me the best way to apply it with a brush and taught me how to build up the product. Any time I need a consultation in the future I’m going to get it done with Anne!

I am a platinum member, but lately when I shop at ulta they do not have what I need. They either got rid of the products I came there for, or only carry the product in brown color and not black (for example: eyeliners and mascara). Liquid precise eyeliners are dried out 80% of the time from 7 different brands across different price ranges. I used to really like shopping at Ulta, but their lack of products for what I am looking for has had me leave the store empty handed on more than one occasion. I have then had to buy the products they were either out of or stopped carrying from a different online seller such as amazon. Which makes me sad as I do not like to do that… read full review
