Although the wait time was just over an hour long, I am grateful that we were able to get my son a haircut the day before going back to school! We were able to leave our phone number and received a text when our wait time was estimated at 15 minutes, so we walked around a bit and shopped. I complete forget our stylist's name, but she did a great job! My shaggy preteen came out looking mature and ready for school. The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is that, though I told her that my son has an extremely sensitive scalp, he said she was pretty rough but tolerable. Overall, thank you! We will be coming back here again.
