Sanchez Bros came out the day after we called them. They measured, asked a couple questions, and had an estimate for me later that day. If you want your job done quickly at a fair price, they are the ones to use.
We were lucky enough to have Marcos check and clean our gutters, when he noticed damage on our shingles. They were 7 years old and defective. We collected the background info for him and he immediately started the process of filing a claim for replacement. It was alot of pictures, sample shingles and contact with the Owens Corning rep. Marcos was constantly in contact with us as to the status of the process. Within 5 weeks he was replacing the roof. His crew was knowledgeable, organized and professional. We recently had rain gutters, roofing and siding done at both our residence and our place of business by Sanchez Bros. Marcos is very friendly and professional. His expertise was invaluable throughout the multiple projects we had done. His hardworking crews were respectful of our properties and completed work on time/as scheduled. Excellent work at a fair price. We highly recommend and will hire again in the future.
