I had sent flowers to a friend in the hospital and specified what I wanted in the bouquet to the Greeley Floral shop. When I received a picture from my friend of what she had received, it was not what I had requested. I called the shop and they sent out a replacement bouquet at no extra charge to me. I can see why our local floral shop in Wyoming had suggested I go through Palmer Flowers. They truly know how to keep satisfied customers, by great customer service!
It's difficult to know which florist to select when remote ordering. Using the reviews as a guide was wonderful. I chose the florist choice option for my floral arrangement. Could not have been more pleased as it is beautiful. Delivered on time and extremely well received. Thank you for providing such grat service.
The last two times I got flowers from Palmer and Greeley I was totally blown away. They were large, beautiful and fresh and the price was reasonable. The people who work there were very helpful, and friendly. I would recommend anybody going there. I tried three other Greeley florists before I tried them, and the bouquets were always skimpy and expensive.
