What a wonderful experience I just had. The manager is out of this world!! The staff was so courteous and helpful. Thank you very much and I will definitely remember this in the future.

We were really dissatisfied with our last visit to this Jiffy Lube. The staff there were extremely polite, and professional but the way they handled our service this last visit was unacceptable. After completing our oil change, they unnecessarily drove our car to a side garage and left me waiting for them to finish oil changes for several other customers who arrived later. It turned out that the delay, keeping me there, was so they could try to upsell me after finishing the other oil changes. It was frustrating to be held up like this when my service had already been completed. Because of this experience, we stopped going there.

I have loved Jiffy lube since I went to them in 2008 in Rapid City South Dakota.What a wonderful shop to go to! I went during a slow time and this older gentleman was in there also getting his oil changed and we talked. He made my experience go quickly but my favorite part was the staff who treated this man with respect! I will 100% be going back to this location!
