Deborah, the massage therapist/esthetician works hard to make small adjustments to ensure total relaxation. Deborah is trained in a variety of massage techniques and is an phenomenal healer! I've had hundreds of massages through the years and Deborah's pressure, knowledge, and techniques are some of the very best I've ever had! Highly recommended for professionalism, technique, atmosphere, and massage pressure! My favorite service is Deborah's 90 minute deep tissue massage!

My neck and shoulders had gotten increasingly tight over a few days and when I woke up with limited range to turn my head, I knew it was time for help. I reached out to Deborah at Enlighten Healing Arts and she was able to accommodate me later that same day.
Not only did I walk out feeling relaxed and ahhhhhhhhhh-mazing, I woke up the next day and could still fully turn my head again. Instant gratification AND lasting relief! Thank you so much Deborah!

Deborah is an absolute master at her craft! I've had both the Thai Massage on the Table and the Holistic Integrative Massage that she offers. Between being a belly sleeper and regularly weightlifting and running, I've had tightness, knots, you name it.
The Thai Massage was the most beneficial for stretching out stiff muscles and improving mobility.
The Holistic Integrative Massage was the most beneficial for tending to sore, achy muscles, and working out stubborn knots. I highly recommend adding on cupping with this one. Cupping really helps pinpoint those problem spots.
