One of our apartments experienced a bathroom water leak on a Saturday morning, which extended into the hallway and two adjacent closets. Being out of town, we were incredibly grateful to have such knowledgeable and experienced professionals handle the situation. Duane expertly addressed the issue by opening the carpet, removing the saturated pad, utilizing a water claw to extract water, and installing a specialized fan to expedite the drying process of both the carpet and subfloor. Before Bravo cleaned our entire rental condo; they stretched the carpet where needed & removed two stained areas & patched w/carpet pieces. Everything looks great. They were precise & all work was above expectations. Their communication was great. I highly recommend them!!! I’m having them do a garage floor & also some carpet in my home.

I recently had carpet stretching and cleaning done by Duane and Linda. They went above and beyond even when they were met with some challenges left from the initial carpet, installers, but Duane handled each one by coming up with a fixable outcome. All this was explained to me thoroughly. They were kind, considerate, and made sure I was satisfied. I would give more than five stars if able. My carpet looks awesome. Bravo to you, Duane and Linda!
