I used to go to bed every night, say my prayers, and end with “please don’t let my 30 year old boiler break.” I knew the call was coming one day. I just didn’t expect it to arrive right before winter at our rental in Fraser. But sure enough… boiler down. Panic activated.
Enter Elite Heat LLC, riding in like absolute legends. They jumped on the call, squeezed us into a packed schedule, ordered parts, navigated backorder chaos, and were insanely professional the entire time.

Rob and Mandy are great. They responded very quickly and Rob solved my furnace problem quickly. No parts needed, just had some mice and chipmunk come in thru the exhaust pipe causing an airflow problem. Thanks Rob and Mandy!
