A couple of weeks ago, I was leaving town for a family get-together in Las Vegas and at 10:00 the night before I was to leave (at 8:00 a.m.), I lost a crown. I called Yes! Dental’s emergency line and within minutes, Dr. McKnight’s staff was organizing the details so that I could meet them at 7:00 a.m. to get the problem fixed and still make my flight. I later learned that one of the team members was already staying up all night to prepare goodie bags for a charity event the next day, but that didn’t stop her from finishing the bags and then coming in early to help take care of my emergency. Not only were they there to meet me at 7:00 a.m., they were cheerful and acted as though I was the only patient they have. That actually describes how they always treat everyone, as though that patient is their most important one. I have had extreme dental work done over the years and been in a lot of offices. The care that Yes! Dental’s office provides is exceptional. I have spent more in the past and had much less personal care. On other visits to Yes! Dental, staff members have stayed late to help me and, on one occasion, a member of Dr. McKnight’s staff actually came to my office during the day to get an impression because I couldn’t leave to go to their office. Every member of the team is well qualified to do their job; they are focused and expect the very best of themselves which translates to patients getting the best results possible I am thankful and very happy to be a patient of Yes! Dental!
