Hello,We are a small WOB and we also completed a job for them and they have not made a payment. Their response is that they haven't got paid on their final payment. I hope they send me my check still.

Be cautious doing business with this contractor. Completed a contract for them and got my payment withheld because “they didn’t receive their final draw” It has been over a year and never received a penny!I would suggest getting paid upfront as much as possible cause you may or may not get it after the job is completed. (Depending on if they get their final draw or not)
