Took nine months for taxes to get done, zero communication after all my source docs were uploaded, had to keep calling to see if they even received my docs and got me assigned to an accountant. The only reason my taxes got done by October is because I kept bugging them for updates and status docs (was working on a real estate thing that obviously wanted tax records and questioned why mine weren't done yet). Nothing but problems when they finally started working on my taxes, and then charged me three times the amount of my last accountant. The business website shows two Accounting Principals but ***** Hancock is not at the business location and is no longer involved with this business for several years. He is merely a source of knowledge for *****************************, the new owner. They tell clients that ***** Hancock is available, but then they call his new business and give him a message. He then charges The Hancock Group for his time.The website is misleading and deceptive to make them look better.
