ORIGINAL REVIEW: Received surprise billing from 7 months ago and asked for a description of what the bill was for. Peri was very rude and abrasive (since day 1) and then told me that it was for personal taxes. I asked why this bill was never in my monthly statements and then she sent the detailed bill. Following the detailed bill was an email firing me as a client. As a client if your customers want to see the invoice you request paid then show them and be transparent. I will never understand why I received attitude asking for the actual bill. Shouldn't an accountant have better records? Very expensive as well. When you pay someone top dollar you should get professional service.“
