Surgical Associates of the Grand Valley provides a welcoming and informative experience for its patients. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The surgeons, including Dr. Henderson, Dr. Lundy, and Dr. Fulton, are knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Fulton is one of the rare gems; she listens carefully, responds helpfully, and is a clear communicator. The entire team is wonderful, treating patients very kindly and with genuine care. Patients feel very pleased with the entire experience and confident in their care.
There are not enough, kind words in the dictionary to say what a wonderful team you have there, and I was treated very kindly and very pleased with the outcome !

If you are referring to my visit of 3/11/2025 with Dr. Fulton - my visit with her was very helpful, she listens carefully, and responds helpfully. However, her nurse is very curt and I would say somewhat hostile.
Let me start with I am an RN of 35 years. I have worked with many doctors. Dr Fulton is one of the rare gems. She listens, is a clear communicator, speaks in a language the patient can understand. She called me twice to speak with me directly (something that just doesn't happen enough anymore) and was a pleasure to work with. As I told her; I was sent to the right surgeon. For that I'm very grateful!
