My basement flooded with the water heater malfunctioned. Service Master arrived within an hour. They struggled a lot with their pumps and getting the water out. Eventually with 3 different men standing around, it started working. Then the fans were set up to dry the room out for 3 or so days. The worker who came to check on the fans was helpful. However, service master did a terrible job getting the documents to my insurance. I had to call/follow up many times in order to get them to send the required documentation to my agent.
