These guys are super knowledgeable. They didn't have the exact vacuum type I was looking for, and they didn't try to pressure me in to another unit. Answered a ton of questions for me. Customer service and know-how was top notch. Highly recommended

I have an 8/9 year old vacuum I maintain religiously, but I’ve started having issues with it. Within 5 seconds, he popped open a compartment I didn’t even know existed, and told me how to solve it myself.
I am blown away by his kindness and unwillingness to take advantage of making a pointless sale.
When my vacuum does eventually need servicing, I know where I’ll be going!
