I was charged 200.00 to program my VFD for a pump. Pumps West Could not get the pump working correctly. I was told he was to busy to come back out and look at the VFD and I should have hired a professional who installs VFDs. I'm not sure why he offers a programing service if he can't program VFD's. I had to hire another person, who informed me that Terry didn't set up the system at all including the safety perimeters. Disappointed in customer service and ownership of problem.
