They had high reviews so I decided to give them a go. First thing you do is drop off previous years' returns so they can review them and make copies. AFAIK Connie is their only accountant. I dropped them off and came back a week later. She didn't recognize me and hadn't made any copies. So I gave her another week. I came back and the place was all locked up. I waited another week (3 weeks now) and I was able to speak with Connie. She thought I was someone else.

I've been doing my own taxes with TurboTax for years. This year I had some unusual tax issues and didn't trust TurboTax to get it right so decided to use a professional tax preparer instead. I am so glad I did! Now I can relax and wait for my refund knowing it was done correctly.
