MJ Thomas Photography

Horrible communication. I placed and paid for an order back in April and still have not received it. Send an email, they tell you to call. Call and no one answers or calls back. I did finally get a hold of someone about 10 days ago and they said they would mail the photos but I still have not received them. It’s now July 31st and I still don’t have the photos I paid for. My gallery will be archived tonight so will attempt to dispute the charge and place a new order. I would avoid working with this company!

I solely go to get film photos developed and they come out pretty good!
But they do take a long time and often forget to notify me when they’re done. I’ve waited over a month for scans to come back. Sometimes they move the estimated finish day on me too (or forget to start?) and don’t notify me about that either. I often have to call to see where they are in the process.
It’s also a tad tense or weird in there. I always have to hype myself up to go in cause they’re always a little cranky over the film stuff. Update: After posting a review, the order was mailed and it arrived in good condition. Thank you, now we can display class photo in time for the grad party.

On 8/11/25 I ordered the Stargate School senior photo Group Fall 2025 Job ID: 1001275402 Order# 44081550 It specified pick up at school. Come March 2026 we realize we never received it. I had my son check with the school and they said to contact MJ Thomas. After contacting MJ Thomas we received an email from Stamps.com with tracking information.
