On 8/11/25 I ordered the Stargate School senior photo Group Fall 2025 Job ID: 1001275402 Order# 44081550 It specified pick up at school. Come March 2026 we realize we never received it. I had my son check with the school and they said to contact MJ Thomas. After contacting MJ Thomas we received an email from Stamps.com with tracking information. Unfortunately when we received the photo it had a large X shaped crease in the photo of the foam board. I contacted MJ Thomas to let them know it arrived damaged. I've...read full review
My son missed class picture day. I already paid for it. They photoshopped him into the class photo for all his classmates and it looks so amazing. I cant thank them enough for helping me and doing it all with such kindness ❤️
I ordered preschool pictures for my son, while i was upset at first because it's taken a while to print and the got lost a couple times. I admittedly came in with an attitude and wasn't the nicest to staff which i am deeply apologetic for. Brooke the manager came out and offered us free digital downloads and had our other pictures in our hands before we left. She was kind attentive and respectful and resolved the issue immediately and had left us feeling alot better about the situation.
