I ordered preschool pictures for my son, while i was upset at first because it's taken a while to print and the got lost a couple times. I admittedly came in with an attitude and wasn't the nicest to staff which i am deeply apologetic for. Brooke the manager came out and offered us free digital downloads and had our other pictures in our hands before we left. She was kind attentive and respectful and resolved the issue immediately and had left us feeling alot better about the situation. Talyah and Brooke in the Grand Junction office absolutely went above and beyond for us! They worked extra hard and truly went out of their way to make sure we got our photos quickly and perfectly. The kind of customer service you rarely see anymore—huge kudos to both of them!!
We have continued to use MJ Thomas Photography for our son's / daughter's school portraits because the photo quality is consistently excellent, and when they get it right, the portraits are beautiful.
However, we are highly frustrated by the recurring lack of attention to detail during the photo sessions, which has resulted in us needing retakes every single year.
For the most recent session, for example, my daughter's sweater was clearly twisted and bunched up, which is a noticeable distraction in the final portrait.
