When I learned that Field Day was coming up, I ordered some school spirit items for my son. I wanted to give him a cool new shirt for this special day, as well as new shirts for kindergarten in August. I really wanted to give my son some cool shirts with his school mascot on them, and was excited to receive my order and surprise him. The order was to be delivered to the school, rather than shipped to my home. The estimated fulfillment time for my order was two weeks.
I was concerned after two weeks had passed and I hadn’t heard anything from the teachers or the school office. I thought that maybe the order was delivered to the school and it was misplaced somehow, so I reached out to Merge 2 Media through their website and asked if my order was ready. I said I was hoping to pick it up in time for my son to wear one of the shirts for Field Day.
Joel responded immediately and told me he would have my order ready the following day and offered to deliver it personally so my son would have some awesome school spirit gear to sport on Field Day.
