Just closed on a transaction with Jaime Kuchyt, Realtor HomeSmart Realty Partners. Our clients were moving from out of the Country back to the US! What a task! Jaime was on top of the entire transaction Everyday, from start to finish. You would be hard pressed to find another Realtor to work as hard for you as Jaime will!
Jaime did an EXCELLENT job in helping us sell our home and in keeping us informed as to how everything was going. The home sold relatively quickly and without much trouble largely because of her fantastic work. We honestly could not have been more pleased with her efforts and could not have asked anything more of her. We were so impressed with her communication skills in letting us know what was happening at every stage of the sale of our home. Her initial guidance on helping us set the price was just about spot on. She shared with us technology that helped us keep track of the showings and the feedback. Jaime knows what she is doing and is so helpful. Her knowledge of the market out there is remarkable. Jaime is not afraid to do the work that needs done to get your house ready to sell.
