My wife and I are first-time homebuyers, so we had very little knowledge of mortgages and the loan application process when we first started looking. Chris was the only loan officer we reached out to that wanted to meet us in person to answer our questions about the application, which was a big reason we decided to work with him and Guild Mortgage. Chris was amazing with communication during the entire process as well. He would call to provide updates and frequently text to check in and see if we had any questions. I was unfamiliar with the whole process to get my first ever house and had a lot of questions.
