ORIGINAL REVIEW: Received surprise billing from 7 months ago and asked for a description of what the bill was for. Peri was very rude and abrasive (since day 1) and then told me that it was for personal taxes. I asked why this bill was never in my monthly statements and then she sent the detailed bill. Following the detailed bill was an email firing me as a client. As a client if your customers want to see the invoice you request paid then show them and be transparent.
