Really awesome experience. Great body work with massage, stretching, improving range of motion, as well as cupping. Amazing for athletes of all levels and for anyone having pain of all sorts. Definitely plan to return soon. Highly recommended.

Alfredo is an expert at his craft. He knows the human anatomy very well and knows the right pressure to use. His medical massage has helped with my back and static pain and a neck issue I had that was not getting better. He treated it and it got better after several weeks of pain. I'm so glad I found him. I've been seeing him every two to 3 weeks for over a year.

I genuinely enjoyed my first session with Alfredo! He took the time to familiarize himself with the information in my intake form and created a truly collaborative environment. He made sure I felt comfortable in this space, and I also felt empowered and encouraged to communicate. He answered questions thoughtfully and gave me better insight into the things that were causing me pain. He also walked me through some stretches that would help, which I greatly appreciated as a kinesthetic learner. Overall, a fantastic experience and I will be booking again!
