Last part of May, I was on the road visiting family, and working a college track meet.
I couldn’t get a lot of time stretching and getting my walking in like I do at home. I started having severe pain in my lower back and hip even clear down to my ankle. Walking was painful ..
Monday I went in and tried the Red Light Therapy was able to see Dr. Nick who straightened a few things up but the muscles were still aching and very painful. On Tuesday I had my workout schedule with Kate and we just worked on various stretches with couple different balls and finished up with some band stretches. That helped relieve a lot of soreness. My next and final stop was a date with Hailey for a deep tissue massage. She even tried the massage cupping. If you have not tried that in your massage you need to.
Last night I was a bit sore but used my roller .
Today.. I got up a bit stiff did the exercises Kate gave me and have not had trouble walking all day. Heck I got out to mow my lawn!! No pain
I can’t thank them enough for their help and getting me back on my feet.

Dr. Nick is an incredible intuitive gentle chiropractor. The minute he touched me, he remembered reminded me of one of my favorite chiropractors. I am grateful to have found him and have him on my team for healing my body.
And to keep me in tune, so I can do the things I love.
Back pain is a lot when you've dealt with it for many years (1/2 my life) like I have. So to have someone to help you relieve the pain and stay aligned is an incredible gift.
And the Elevate Now staff is incredible too!

I can't say enough good things about Elevation Now Wellness Center! Even though I make the trip from Denver to Grand Junction, it's always worth it.
A huge thank you to Dr. Nick and the entire staff for everything you do to help with my aches and pains. Everyone is so welcoming, the clinic is always spotless, and it's easy to get an appointment when I need one.
I've had the opportunity to try SoftWave therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic adjustments with Dr. Nick, red light therapy, and even a Thai yoga session which was absolutely amazing! I would love to see the Thai yoga classes come back someday.
