We were on a cross country trip in our motorhome from California, destination Bar Harbor, Maine, stopping in Grand Junction, Co to visit our Firefighter Grandson. We encountered major rear airbag issues just out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Was able to continue to Grand Junction where our Grandson referred us to Diesel Performance. Contacted Diesel Performance for an appointment ASAP and spoke to Ryan, service manager. Being a Holiday weekend (Labor Day), he was able to work our coach in early a.m. following the holiday.

Ryan and his crew are trustworthy, reliable, and efficient in their repairs and communications. We had a fuel line leak on our Fire Engine that needed repair, Ryan got us in same day and fixed what we believed to be the issue. A couple days proved that there was further issue and Ryan wasted no time getting us in, trouble shooting, and repairing the actual source.

Our RV broke down on our way from Ohio across the country . We had a major radiator problem outside of Grand Junction. We called, spoke to Ryan and he let us know they could look at it that day although the work may not be able to take place for the next couple of days, but bring it on in. We were greeted by the owner Corey, who personally came out and started to diagnose the problem. After determining what they needed to do , they gave us pricing and time frames of completion. They listened and understood our dilemma , kept good contact and got us back on the road. Great shop, great owner , great mechanics and a great scheduler, Ryan.
