“The care & efficiency of the office was wonderful. As a new patient, I would have given a 5 except that I made my appt 5 months in advance, was very specific about the hygienist & dentist I wished to see based on family member favorite. My hygienist request was not honored unbeknownst to me until arrival. While I was satisfied with the hygienist I did see, I was disappointed my specific request was not honored, even though the scheduling did reflect my request.“
