My car tire blew in a canyon on a holiday and they were able to get to me quickly. The ride in the truck was comfortable and much better than being stranded on the side of the highway.
Dan’s towing was a life savor. We were stranded on the side of the expressway with trailer issues. Jamie answered the phone right away and quickly dispatched help to us. They not only insured we got to safety but that we were situated with a great repair shop. 100% would call again!
Very professional yet warm. I called an hour after the initial order and asked them to deliver the car to a different location. Even though it was loaded and on the way, they were absolutely happy to reroute. I find that to be rare these days, if you are inconvenienced by someone, there is often a surge of resentment that comes in. It was a tough day and I needed the generosity and heart.
