Recently moved to the Grand Valley (almost) sight unseen. Jill, Terry, and Connor made the home building process so easy. The first timewe walked into the model home in Apple Glen, we knew this is where we wanted to be. The interior and exterior packages, and the abilityto customize within, made the building process so easy. The views of the Colorado National Monument and the Bookcliffs from thefront porch certainly did not hurt. Jill was an absolute breeze to work with and Terry took the time after closing to walk throughthe house to explain how all the appliances, the HVAC and the sprinkler system work. This is one of the best builders in the valley! Great product (house). Great plans that flow, very well built . (Better then some of the $600K and up). Terry and his staff are welcoming and honest.
